Therapists help treat diagnosed conditions and focus on your past to understand your present thoughts, behaviors, and habits. If you're struggling to function in daily life, therapy is the best choice to help you get back to a baseline level of health. Therapy can sometimes be a long-term process.
Life coaches focus on the future. We don’t diagnose or treat specific conditions, and we spend little time exploring your past. Instead, we help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. Coaching is about giving you the tools and strategies to achieve your goals and thrive independently. It’s a partnership that’s designed to be temporary.
Which is right for you?
Coaching sessions will be held on Zoom. I will ask that you have your camera on. I find it is easier to feel connected when we can see one another. The improved relationship strengthens the impact of the session.
You will be brought to a page to register for your first coaching session after you complete the checkout process.
You will be able to access the webinar and downloads for twelve months from the date of payment.
If you purchase a coaching package, ideally, you will register for your first coaching session right away while your desire to change is strong and you’ll be most ready to act on the plan we co-create. Likewise, the remaining sessions should be booked in close succession to ensure lasting change. However, you have twelve months from the date of payment to utilize your coaching sessions.Â
It is your responsibility to notify me at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting if you cannot make the session. If the session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of your call, no refund or rescheduling of the appointment will be available to you.
When I launched this program, I offered introductory pricing to make it accessible to as many people as possible. This allows me to provide high-quality support to early participants while refining the program for future clients.
